*Why Mosquitoes bites to drink blood*

The word "mosquito" (formed by mosca and diminutive -ito) is Spanish for "little fly". Mosquitoes are the world's deadliest animals, transmitting diseases like malaria, yellow fever, Chikungunya etc  that kill hundreds of thousands of people annually.

Only the *Female Anopheles mosquitoes* bite, to acquire protein to make their eggs. When a mosquito pierces the skin, Mosquito saliva makes our blood vessels dilate, blocks our immune response and flexible lip-like sheath called the labium scrolls up and stays outside as she pushes in six needle-like parts  called stylets. Two of these needles, called maxillae, have tiny teeth. The mosquito uses them to saw through the skin. They’re so sharp you can barely feel the mosquito biting you.

 *How a steam Engine works*

A steam engine is a heat engine that performs mechanical work using steam as its working fluid. The steam engine uses the force produced by steam pressure to push a piston back and forth inside a cylinder. This pushing force is transformed, by a connecting rod and flywheel, into rotational force for work.

Until the early 20th century, coal was the world's favorite fuel and it powered everything from trains and ships to the ill-fated steam planes invented by American scientist Samuel P. Langley, an early rival of the Wright brothers.

A fire where the coal burns. There will be a boiler full of water that the fire heats up to make steam. A cylinder and piston, rather like a bicycle pump but much bigger. Steam from the boiler is piped into the cylinder, causing the piston to move first one way then the other. This in and out movement (which is also known as "reciprocating") is used to drive... A machine attached to the piston. That could be anything from a water pump to a factory machine... or even a giant steam locomotive running up and down a railroad.

*Sugriva* : King of monkey tribe and King of Kiskindha who helped Sri Rama in Ramayan. *Sugriva* was also a younger brother of *Vali* , whom he succeeded as ruler of the vanara kingdom of *Kishkindha* . *Rumā* was his wife.  She is mentioned in Book IV ( *Kishkindha Kanda)* of Ramayana. Ruma and Sugriva fell in love with each other and wanted to marry each other. But Ruma's father did not approve. Hence, Sugriva with the help of Hanuman, abducted Ruma and they married each other. But his wife was forcely taken by his elder brother Vali,

Sugriva took help of Sri Rama, killed Vali, accepted Roma as his wife after killing vali. And after death of Vali he also married with Tara wife of Vali and accepted her son Angad and made him prince(yuraj) of kishkindha.

According to Srimad Valmiki Ramayana, Vali had always been wearing a lustrous necklace, given by his father Lord Indra, on his neck. It was only when he is breathing his last that he asks Sugreeva to take it before he passes away.

Nowhere in the Ramayana it was mentioned that on wearing that lustrous necklace, half of his opponent’s energy will come over to him. However, it was mentioned in Ramayana that he is very powerful and fearless.

 *Lal Bahadur Shastri*
( 2 October 1904 – 11 January 1966) was an Indian politician who served as the second Prime Minister of India.
Shastri was born to Sharada Prasad Srivastava and Ramdulari Devi in Mughalsarai on 2 October 1904, sharing his birthday with Mahatma Gandhi. He led the country during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1965. His slogan " *Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan"* became very popular during the war. The war formally ended with the Tashkent Agreement on 10 January 1966; he died the following day, still in Tashkent, with the cause of his death in dispute; it was reported to be a cardiac arrest but his family was not satisfied with the proffered reason. He was posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna.

He promoted the White Revolution – a national campaign to increase the production and supply of milk – by supporting the Amul milk co-operative of Anand, Gujarat and creating the National Dairy Development Board. Underlining the need to boost India's food production, Shastri also promoted the Green Revolution in India in 1965. This led to an increase in food grain production, especially in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

*Why❓❓❓*

*Why Syntex tanks are coloured black...*

The black color absorbs the maximum light and thus, a black water tank minimizes the penetration of the sunlight. Plastic is not opaque. If the tank is not black, light would pass through the translucent plastic and result in algal growth. As a black surace will absorb almost all light, this will result in minimal light reaching the water. Overall, it mitigates the growth of algae up to a large extent.

*How a radiator works in vehicles*

Engines create a lot of heat in their operations - they’re powered off of miniature explosives! To prevent your engine from overheating, vehicle pumps coolant through  engine - fluid that receives heat, and carries it away from the engine block. The coolant takes the heat generated by  engine, and moves it to  radiator, which blows air across the liquid - cooling it down and exchanging heat with the air outside the vehicle.

The radiator works by passing your coolant through thin metal fins, which allow the heat to flow to the air outside your car much more easily. Sometimes, there is a fan that blows air across the radiator in order to carry the hot air out of your car.
